I'm a fantastic/experienced/caring Real Estate Professional. In a former life I played allot of poker and do well in negotiating deals and trying always to navigate the transaction in the least amount of time, least amount of pain/suffering, and treat my clients interests above my own and their money as if it was my own to try to protect them every step of the sometimes long way to purchase/sell a property.

Held a Real Estate Brokers Liscense for over 23 years and have been in the industry for over 26 years. I held a Mortgage Lender Liscense for almost two decades so I speak the Mortgage Language and can help in selecting and making sure my clients are protected in the process.

I am married to a fantastic woman and to this day I still wonder why she said "yes". We have five grown children and five grandchildren. I left a career in the food industry where I was a Regional Manager in Southern California to return to Utah for health reasons with my wife's mother and several people said that i should go into Real Estate because I talked to strangers on elevators and my work ethic was such being raised Southern by an Irish Texan - You will be referred to as sir or mamm if you are over the age of 13.

After finishing my Associates Degree and a couple of more years at a University, deciding the life of a High School Counselor was not for me. The opportunity to step into Retail Management happened when I had a cast on my left hand for 7 months and couldn't finish my BS (literal) -- so I took and and only sometimes look back.
I may end up being the only one of my family to not have at least completed that degree.

Between the Mortgage Lender License and my 26 years in the Real Estate Industry, I have seen/done most everything and experienced just about every situation in Real Estate. I look at myself as a protector of the public in how I do business. I also have this rule that I treat my clients money/deal as if it was my own and strive to always place their interest above my own. I have started two Real Estate Companies and one of my main goals is to raise the bar and public perception of Realtors by my actions in the Industry and my volunteer work outside of it.
